Welcome to the second season of Supernegotiate's Procurement Hackathon. Like mentioned earlier, in this season, we will be focussing on creating Spend Analysis Champions.
What is this Challenge?
Last year, Supernegotiate trained 5 Procurement Category Managers to Become Procurement Data Scientists. We did close to two months of tenure, and we shared everything we knew about Procurement Data Science with 5 individuals!
Back now, but this time, it is different. We are going to train 5 Category Managers to become Spend Analysis Pros! In order to qualify, you will have to solve my case study. The details of case study, tournament rules and submission process are given below. Before you raise your concerns regarding the costs, here are some important details to know, if you are selected
Cost: On the House
Sessions are not recorded.
You can not miss any session.Â
Sessions will be on weekends.
It is a 2 month long engagement with aleast 5-6 sessions
Tournament Details

This is a rank based tournament.
You can participate as individual or as a Group (maximum 3). We highly encourage Corporate firms to participate as well.
If a Group wins, we will increase the shortlist count accordingly. So, need not worry.
Rankings will be published each week upon validation of the answers.
There will be 4 questions published.
We will validate your answers and publish the rankings. (Hopefully, you will see them every week, if not every 15 days).
You can submit multiple iterations but we will only consider your last entry as final submission and the remaining one will be discarded. Cheatsheet: We will publish one video every week that will give you hints on how to solve one problem. Watch out for Supernegotiate social accounts (Website, Linkedin, Substack and Youtube).

This file contains the raw data upon which you will perform spend analysis. The file has been carefully created for spend analysts to play around and find cost saving opportunities of varying degrees.
